I am new to investing and have heard a lot about Pump & Dump. I hope this didn't happen to Delsoft! As far as dilution goes, the proxy spoke about an additional 10 million shares. I was told those additional shares were for the employee 401K plan. If that's the case, do they're earnings per share count against the shares in the 401K plan. If not, then I have a hard time understanding why if they just posted an 81% increase in revenues where is the reflection in the value of the stock. Unless they pissed off all the shareholders that were in it to start with and they're reluctant to get back in. I wish we could get some straight answers! Charles Jones Company used to be the PR firm but now it is Millennium Holdings/Wall Street Associates.
Maybe they could give us some answers.
