This situation looks interesting, but I will confess to being confused as to the "merger". Could someone break it down for me? Will USMC be the "parent" company? Any plans to be a reporting company after the deal is done? I notice that the manufacturing will be moving to Nevada. Any proposed dates? I could go on with the questions, but I think you get the idea. I guess what I am looking for is some solid information to base an investment on. Thanks in advance. Gene Hatler
