Yes it is but I exaggerated the point on purpose.

With the famed 'Twinkie Defense' in mind as but one example, it is clear that anybody will use any defense given half a chance. So I see a simple apology without punishment leading to trouble (if he's guilty of whatever). Somebody is bound to say &#147Well Slick did (whatever), why can't I?&#148

Maybe my justice values are a tad harsh-but I'm stickin' to them. Whilst I have some very 'left' views of society and government, I also believe we don't kill enough criminals in this country. (And, no, I don't want to get into a capital punishment debate with any others who may be reading-I'm right and you're not. end.)

Guess I really am a Centrist of sorts as per that earlier test.
