Hank,

You and Bill are absolutely correctly correct about ZONA. Fundamentally this stock is a scam since their product, oral phentolamine, has never shown itself to be much better than placebo in the treatment of erectile dysfunction (ED) despite numerous clinical trials. This puts it about on par with something like oral yohimbine (Yocon) which is currently being prescribed for ED but has shown itself to be clearly no better than placebo in well-designed clinical trials.

The problem with ZONA is that it's being greatly manipulated by MMs and major funds to give it the appearance of 'levitating' in the face of announcements of class-action lawsuits and negative media coverage (the recent Fortune article). Further, ZONA touts keep alluding to the imminent submission of Vasomax' NDA to the FDA despite the fact that this submission is about a year late and that the real announcement of Viagra's FDA approval in the next two weeks will prevent it from achieving 'fast-track' status and instead result in an approval timeframe for the drug of 12-18 months (if it is ever submitted at all).

I believe that this fascinating 'levitation' has been artificially fabricated by the company and others in a desperate attempt to sow doubt amongst the shorts and naysayers as to the validity of these lawsuits, negative media coverage and patent issues. It may be hoped that if they can continue to push the stock price against this rising tide, eventually the shorts will begin to cover and a momentum will be created to again bring this company to artificial respectability (and to get the big players out). Where has SGP been in all of this (their supposed patron)? No where to be found. This was a $10 million flyer for the marketing department hoping to luck out and cash in on the coming ED craze.

ZONA, IMO, will ultimately trade in the single digits.

<<That's easy. Bill first recommended shorting ZONA at 31.>>

from Bill's opening post - "ZONA: Currently 21 - price target < 2"

This is the only information that I have seen from Bill on this thread. Given this is his most recent recommendation I think my 'advice' to wait for a rally to 30 might be worth some degree of consideration.

Only time will tell.
