Forget this float nonsense for a little while :-). William : what do you think of the Netscape Story in Friday's WSJ. IMHO - they should be able to accquire Infoseek by issuing new shares and have the valuation of their company double by current evaluations of web site hubs even after incurring the cost of paying for SEEK.

I don't see Yahoo getting a major presence on the netscape site unless they are ready to fork out big bucks (or if they take over NSCP - wouldn't THAT be weird ???).

I think NSCP finally gets it and they'l move away from selling their frigging ball point pens and Mozilla dolls and get a real site going.

Shouldn't atleast some of the hot money then shift from YHOO/XCIT etc to NSCP. They have a solid business model for server/client software and will also have a new portal site and a substantial number of users.

Or do you think that the market (stock market) is big enough for yet another Portal Site to be valued at YHOO levels with no correction in valuations ?

I am really interested in the comments of Bulls here.
