Oh and use a condom. This is a formula that has worked for me in my life and frankly I would recommend it." I am not entirely sure of your concern David. Is it that Hilary did not approve? Seems to me that however reluctantly she is standing by her man. As far as willing participants - I have yet to see any individual run from contact with Billy in an immediate fashion. There seems to be a trend - wait a few years and see how much money will be available. As far as condoms go, I have yet to hear of your President impregnating some poor unfortunate - but perhaps that is the next plan for the Republicans.
