That, I might add, argues against uniformed voters voting, not against representative democracy. Just screen what is represented to those with some understanding of the rights and responsibilities of citizenship. Remember, Clinton & Co., signed up all those illegal aliens to vote - I guess they knew who their constituency was. To paraphrase Churchill, the U.S. has the worst system of government, bar none, excepting all the alternatives.
