Frank,

I hope you are right, however, the financial community is looking for a positive earnings track record, which this company is lacking. If you disappoint too many times even good news doesn't get the attention it deserves and bad news is punished to the extreme. For an example look at Orthologic (OLGC)which was a high flyer that hit a pre-split 52 in May 1996. After an FDA warning letter regarding marketing claims and four quarters of missed earnings estimates despite record sales, acclaimed new products, and explosive sales growth, just last week they hit a new 52 week high at 7 1/2 (15 split adjusted). I think we are all in love with Accumed's technology and I don't think the institutions care about that what they are looking for is the ability of the management to turn that technology into profits. For this reason I am very apprehensive about the earnings report and its implications. Especially the impact on the timetable for profitability that was promised for this year. I will be looking very closely at what is said or implied on that subject. Right now I don't much care about press releases on lab studies or other news that refers to the technological acumen that Accumed possesses, but rather information on large sales and marketing progress that has not been mentioned by the company since the last earnings release that implied large orders had been delayed until this quarter. If those deals had come in why wasn't a press release issued?

Hopefully I am just being pessimistic without reason and that by the end of this week we will all be "wearin' the green". And I'm not talking about clothing.

>> that may presently be privy to a little deeper financial perspective of things to come

I'm sorry but I didn't understand that part about the privy

No doubt in my mind this stock will not be at this price come March 23. Let's hope it is up.

I think we will know by 2 pm on Tuesday whether it will be a good week or a week better forgotten.
