I have recently visited some of the Y2K sites. It would seem to me that in the near future it will be almost impossible to find IT people, and the cost associated with acquiring their services will be almost limitless. One caveat to FAMH being able to supply the needed IT people would be " Why would a person with those skills require a Temp agency to locate employment"

Just a little nagging question I have had.

Thank you Forest for your insight. Another interesting point, it may not seem like it on the surface, but I have read that it is often cheaper to hire a firm for permanent placements, recruiting, headhunting, etc.
