An interesting E-commerce play is TECH-SQUARED (TSQD) because of its interest in DIGITAL RIVER, an E-Commerce leader for the electronic downloading of software over the Internet. Digital River has contracts with over 1100 software companies, and could be a very hot IPO later this year. IMO, the market cap of Digital River could be enormous if it were to go public, or if the Digital River shares controlled by TSQD were to be spun off to TSQD sdhareholders.
