I agree Janice that his asking nor the women consenting is a crime. I thought you were implying the trooper was lying about the incident of his asking women for their numbers or to meet him. True, these are not crimes in and of themselves. It's more to show a pattern of past behavior that has potentially led to a crime(s) being committed to cover up these acts. As I said before, and I'm sure you'd agree, let's be patient and let the legal process run its course. I can wait.
