I also feel that the question concerning the 20X differentiation is a valid question since it comes directly from press releases officially issued by the company. Why was there such a disparity with dirt from the same intersection? Maybe there is no easy answer, but don't we recognize how this information could be perceived, and used, by those who are dead set on destroying the value of this stock in the short term. Maybe it doesn't mean anything in the long run (if we have the gold and can get it out of the ground economically the market will recognize the accomplishment) but it seems to me that it could at least be commented upon by Kim or someone more official than we web speculators. It also seems that there should be an "official" response to the questions about J-L. Was this dirt subjected to the JL process before assaying? It seems as if it was, but I have never seen any such official statement directly from the company. And how long is the latest extension regarding the J-L process. In one of his recent posts, Kim said we were in an extension period. The company used to tell us when those option periods terminated. The dates came and went but we heard nothing. We assumed it had been extended but there was never any official confirmation from the company. Maybe all this is nit-picking but it doesn't seem like it to me. And I don't see why it would be so hard to simply answer these questions directly. I am long on Naxos, I am hanging in, I have no agenda, I hope for the best, I am prepared to accept the worst, but I think things could be done alot better in the area of direct, non-innuendo, concise and clear reporting of the facts as they develop. I hope the new committee will find a good CEO and I hope that the continued testing will show a commercial grade of gold at FL but what I hope for more than anything is concise and accurate reporting from the company. I don't need to hear something every day or every week or even every month, but when I do hear something I need it to explain things in a wayÿthat does not simply create more questions and give more wiggle room to those who would just as soon castigate Naxos (or worse).

Kurt:

There were two separate COC samples that were sent to Ledoux on two separate occasions that were tested. Both were from the same 25 foot depth. Alluvial deposits often have hot spots in them that have greater concentrations of precious metals. There is the possibility that the difference that was seen from these two tests was free gold. A highly plausible theory concerning Franklin Lake is that we have refractory gold and free gold interspersed. Further testing will be needed to prove or disprove this theory.
