Man Wah and all, thanks for responding. I guess I still don't quite understand. If DELL's BTO model is much cheaper, why wouldn't they have 100% of the business? Afterall, what is the difference between a DELL, CPQ, GTW or generic white box? They all have Intel Inside, a choice of HDs, and all identical components other than the logo. The consumer may be fooled by some clever advertising or whatever but the corporate buyer has no reason to buy CPQ if DELL is $100/machine cheaper. Something doesn't add up. Ramsey
