Thank you kindly.

The March 1998 issue of Success, p. 66, has an article entitled "Get Rich Quick" which is about Network Marketing. It sets forth the grass roots relationships that make network marketing big business. Which confirmed what I've seen with friends in ventures like Amway and Excel. BTW, I've got some chrome polish if anybody needs any.

My initial thought was IHIN was offering a way to buy into the power of these grass roots relationships. As I said, it is becoming apparent the business of the company was one thing, and the companies secondary offering was another. I'll post more on the secondary offering when I get more information. Right now, I have not seen anything about the registration of shares that were selling in the market Thursday and Friday. Hearsay has it, 400,000 shares were put into play.

This is no longer a story just about IHIN, because the SEC has become involved. What the SEC does/doesn't do will say a lot.
