TO ALL:

I am an IHI Representative and attended the New Orleans Annual Convention. Mr. Stan Van Etten announced that the stock had been halted at about 3p.m. on Friday. He was extremely upset. Basically, he stated that some of the 250+ shareholders had talked about the stock during the "quite period". This was a big no-no and everybody paid for their mouthing off about the potential of the stock. Mr. Van Etten's experience with regulatory issues leads me to believe that if any company can come out of this situation with their reputation in tact, then IHI can.

As far as the stock goes. I (as well as many, many others) consider profits from stock to be secondary. Reps that received stock are already making thousands of dollars per WEEK off their IHI business which makes the stock profits truly SECONDARY ! You HAVE to see the compensation plan to understand what I am talking about. Of course there will be a lot of people that WILL NOT believe what I am saying but I KNOW it is true. There are a lot of reps making a passive (I SAID PASSIVE) income of in excess of $500K per year. THE STOCK IS SECONDARY!

I am now off my soap box. Let the bashing begin!

Hi Dan,

Maybe this will help.

There was some talk last year that the secondary offering would be by Kara International (KARA). On the news KARA took off. When I looked at KARA I saw that the symbol was changed to IHIN, may be that's why the whole thing is a bit confusing.

Regards,
