All: Hey, isn't this much nicer than discussing Asensio? This week ends relevent discussion has gone a lot further in persuading me that this isn't such a good short than all of your Asensio bashing combined. It hasn't convinced me, but it is a lot more informative.

BTW, by now Asensio is irrellevent to KRY (IMO), except for some minor blips that his releases may cause. If you look at the recent trading pattern in WDRY you'll see an example of what I'm talking about, stock was at 24, Asensio did a press release (I think Tuesday or Wednesday), stock sank to 22 3/4, and closed yesterday at (you guessed it) 24. It's going to take fundamentals one way or the other to move either one either way, IMO.

Hello Marcos;

In speaking with MO, I asked a very simple question, and may I make this clear to all, he did not give us any inside information, nor did he praise what KRY, was is or will be, no pumping whatsoever.

Now getting back to the main question I asked, was simple, "what is before the CSJ at this time, his answer was the 11 motions, nothing more and nothing less, 8 were accepted in July and the other three were accepted on appeal to Judge Acuna one week later, a point I may add at the time was disregarded by many??

He also spoke of how KRY came to this point in time and how the courts have reached this juncture historically speaking, I must say it was quite interesting.

We found him to be very relaxed in his demeanor and spoke well and clearly, he spoke of how KRY was taking a low key approach to this, and will await the decision of the CSJ. At no time did he ever claim that they had won, all he said was, "we will have to wait for the decision to be made, and if it is positive for KRY, that this will be the beginning of the process", but a process that would be very positive.

With regards,Frank
