Actually the market rallies when Clinton is on the ropes- especially when the Monica news first broke. For Wall Street, the weaker Clinton is, the better.

Look back at January and February and everything since his party lost Congress and ended his agenda.

If Clinton is forced out the market should soar, at least until the Gore reality sets in, of course.

Why would it. Now the government will be tied up with impeachment proceedings for at least until the next elections this November. So they can't make as many laws and regulations. Especially liberal Democratic ones which cost us sooo much!
