Mark,

I said 64,000 SHARES, not dollars........yet!

But I did sell 4000 shares late last week to help pay for my new laptop.

You are correct. But somebody, a few months back on this thread mentioned about a couple of mutual funds (cant remember the names of) that have/had positions in FAMH. Hard to believe at this level if true anyways...

I think .75 would not be the next major selloff point....rather closer to $1. With the current momentum and steadier money getting into the stock, more people are looking for that magical $1 amount. IF, that $1 mark gets taken out quickly...I can possibly see a quick run up higher. Who knows, I dont want to get into the guessing game like Jonathan and others.

Anyways, cheers to a great and forward looking week ahead!

<<<<FAMH will be around .36 EPS 1997 so lets be conservative and put a $8.00 on it.. so at todays level that is $2.00 (after 4 to 1)>>>>

Mark, if I may ask, since you are a sensible sort... why is everyone constantly figuring what P/E this stock may bring using the 1997 number of shares? The .36 would be figured on 20 million shares, using the current number of 40 million shares we would get .18.

If the P/E, indeed, is based on future earnings, shouldn't the current stock count at least be used? I believe using only half the number of outstanding shares is deceiving newcomers.

Shouldn't .18 be the figure to use?

And what is the new company line about FAMH "working on the financials"? I thought the the audit was done. Please, nobody needs to claim that doing the data entry onto a web page (or SI post, for that matter) would take the company two weeks!

Mark, I believe your figure is correct, as it was clearly stated in the recnt press release. Below is an excerpt from the press release.

----------------------------------------------------------------
''These terms would be exceptionally favorable for Firamada and our shareholders as this Nasdaq Company brings no liabilities and a very small number of outstanding shares. Given a post-merger adjusted 1997 EPS of $.36 based solely on Firamada's earnings, and with most industry multiples currently running in the 25-35 range, we would anticipate a significant appreciation in the resultant value of Firamada's Nasdaq shares.''
------------------------------------------------------------------

The eps for 1997 is figured on the weighted average outstanding shares. The merger WOULD NOT change that. The majority of companies have changes in their total number of outstanding shares from one year to another.

And the 1998 eps projections of .25 to .30 IS BASED on the current outstanding shares of apx 40 million. And the figure is a PRE-MERGER figure.
