LE, welcome back!
I guess it was just me finding your post on the Ask God thread after heated debate on this thread. Koinky Dink? Can you honestly say that the two aren't related, especially when it was after a series of vitriolic debate back and forth on this thread?

You fixed the 3Q numbers? Hmmm. I've got it all wrong, maybe
YOU work for FAMH, he he.

You also have the right to post whatever you want, it's a free country after all. I do not believe, however, that you had a right, or at least a reasonable justification, to say trading would be halted on FAMH, or post a fake news release, or use inaccurate comparisons.

I own shares of this company. I am vested. My motivation is clear.
What's your story?

Ok, the 3Q numbers were inaccurate, probably inflated, intentionally or not, I don't know, neither do you, could have been a mistake.
Happy?

<<FAMH lied about the 3rd Quarter earnings.>>
You said it, not me!

I've read the 4300 series rule. Ready to be surprised?
I AGREE WITH YOU ONE HUNDRED PERCENT ON THIS POINT
However, THERE IS A GRANDFATHERING CLAUSE THAT GIVES THEM A CERTAIN TIME FRAME TO ESTABLISH THE CRITERIA, ONLY ONE OF WHICH THEY CURRENTLY DO NOT MEET

I'm not sure what that timeframe is, but I will post it when I do, or if anyone else does, please share it with us.

By the way, HDWY, research can be a friend indeed. Same sector, different business concentration, successful reverse merger into a public shell, share price maintained and is rising. Zack's first call consensus is a moderate buy on that one.

Jin. Candy for everyone! and a decaf latte for me!

LE, Sorry bud! But you Missed Again!! Your "facts" are WRONG as usual.
-----------------------
You said...
"Based on the fact that FAMH will have to meet NASDAQ rules (specifically 4330(f) ) for initial inclusion on the board, merger or not, I would say any listing is about four months away."
-----------------------

What you FAILED to mention (as you so often do with your "selective" garbage) is that NASDAQ Rule 4330(f) ALSO clearly shows that...

the TIME FRAME for moving to NASDAQ could be MUCH SOONER than a normal initial application as shown in NASDAQ Rule 4330(f).

In this case, Rule 4330(f) says that if just one of the parties involved is on NASDAQ, then the shares (securities) issued (here, in connection with the merger with FAMH) will be promptly included in Nasdaq provided that the un-named NASDAQ company still meets the conditions of Rule 4310(c). (The Summary of Rule 4310 is shown at this site:
nasdaq.com

The KEY word is "promptly."

Here's the exact wording from the Rule:
"(f) Securities issued in connection with the merger, consolidation, or other type of acquisition of at least one issuer of qualifying securities shall be promptly included in Nasdaq, provided that the conditions of Rule 4310(c) or Rule 4320(e) for securities that have already been included are satisfied."

By the way, Rule 4320(e) applies to Foreign issuers, so it has no bearing on this situation.
----------------------------------------

Your misleading and false statements on this thread only continue to reduce your credibility to sub-zero status.

Brad
