that is a good question, it has been an ever changing number, however, since ted has informed us of pertinent information that only company individuals, and representatives from the investment banking house know, and now all of us, i believe the Investment banker will narrow this answer down. They will probably turn off the printing press give the company money they need. Get patrick ohearn on his way and never to look back. Grease the wheels of this machine, top it off with high performance fuel, and I think patrick can win this race. But to answer your question. I dont know anymore, it has been changing. however, my answer in breif, is i think that is about to change.

When I started investing there were about 16 mil shares outstanding. Although they are mostly closely held, they must all be considered part of the float. I'm not sure of the legal definition of "float". Perhaps you could inform me. Their business plan suggests they are expecting the total shares to increase to about 24 mil this year and this would cover all their financing needs. Once the underwriting falls into place there will be many things to announce. the timing seems to be perfect.
