They're salaries (Howorth and West) probably approached the $200,000.00 a year mark (combined). That's a lot of money for a company like ZULU to be handing out.

According to the report(s) that Matty & David wrote after their visit Howorth was actively working on getting the financials out the door at the time of their visit. At the time I got the impression that Howorth was a key person to bringing the books online. And now he quits and we have no books. Am I the only one finding this strange? Hopefully the books will come out shortly and my mind will be put at ease.

Also, after Ms Vanderlip quit, Zulu made a statement that 'there will be no further changes in staff'. Now, only weeks later two more key officers leave.

In general terms you have to pay for performance so their quitting and leaving their salaries to be redistributed within Zulu is not altogether positive. The same amount of funds (roughly) will be needed to pay people of equal caliber.
