I can respect that. Completely.

Knew a guy who worked in an office. Among the office workers were 8 females. It was a casual office; some occasional off-color jokes shared by all. One day, 2 of the newer females complain about the guy making sexual overtones. Nothing physical, just words spoken. This was back in '92 when a huge wave of sexual harrassment stuff started with Clarence and Anita. Furthermore, it was nothing specifically directed to the 2 females at all, just generalities which made them feel uncomfortable. Which they admitted. But that Clarence/Anita wave was pretty powerful.

Aforementioned guy was dismissed. Other 6 females, who had been there longer, and knew him well came to his defense (he was a likeable, harmless chap), but to no avail. So guy was shamefully booted.

Now, these circumstances are quite different from the Clinton thing. But they do demonstrate what can happen when mass hysteria hits the fan. Not much in common with the Clinton thing at all, other than his name was Bill.

Maybe we should wait for the trial.
