HEX, I don't think we even take possession of the property until May. It was supposed to be July. I'm sure it will be well ADVERTISED when the time comes.

Hex,

Excellent post! I appreciate your checking into this. Since I live here, I'll keep an eye on the site every-so-often to see if anything goes up (including a billboard!).

Cheers!
Ed.

That's great HEX!

Did you happen to see the golf course they're supposed to be building around? I don't know about you guys, but I've been a little confused about that. Is there already supposed to be a course there, or are they building one?

Also, I hate to say it, but just having a website doesn't mean that a company's here to stay. I worked for a software company last year that had a great website, but couldn't sell it's product, so they folded. Luckily for us, WACC isn't in the software business, where conditions can change overnight. I certainly hope that the website helps in gaining WACC some much needed exposure, and aids in the attraction of future investors and customers.

speaking of funding, I read in a press release dated Nov. 20 that a group called Capital Investment Partners purchased 545,270 of common stock from former controlling shareholders. They've committed to pay up to $4,000,000 of net proceeds to WACC to fund the costs of purchasing the land for the time share resort, prior to Dec. 31,1997. Does this sound familiar to anyone? Does it help answer some of the questions as to where the money's coming from? It mentioned prior to Dec. 31. I wonder what's happened.

HEXonX, check out the following:

stocks4tomorrow.com

Could this be the old Boardwalk and Baseball property.
Article is dated Oct. '97. It sounds some what different
than this recent release. I didn't remember if the
Boardwalk and Baseball property was at 192 or I-4.
Just thought this may help.
