Spank: You sound a little testy. I don't blame you. But, be assured that I have no interest in manipulating the stock, nor do I presume that I could. My point was, that the fact that these lawsuits have been filed is, IMO, the reason that the company preannounced today, despite its long-standing policy of making no comments on earnings prior to the release of the official report. The last thing they needed was to add another cause of action to the suits already filed.

With regard to your comments regarding short selling after the close January 23, I can't speak to that. I guess maybe a time and sales report would be in order if you are really worried about it, or get yourself into the lawsuits already filed so that you have access to IOM's discovery responses and deposition testimony.

I am not short IOM. In fact, the only position I had when trading opened today was a small CALL position, which I will probably hold until the gap fills at least part way.

Look we have all been compadres here. I am not the enemy. Just making observations. I have plenty of good ideas to recover this loss if you want to private message me.

BTW, may I be stricken in my seat if I ever say another disparaging word about Herb Greenberg <ggg>
