Ok, gambling time. Just got 10,000 shares at 7. LONG. Wanna see if I can squeeze a quarter point out of this puppy on the rebound.. there's got to be enough bottom fishers that think the news cant get any worse.. since it seems to have leveled off at 7, they might see it as a "base" and figure it cant go any lower. But I'm certainly not holding this thing past 4pm today..

Truff, I didn't mean to imply that YOU were up to manipulation, I meant to state that the comments you have made about "KE and the boys" today and in the past express an intent on their part for which I believe you have no data. That is the similarity I see between your statements about KE and fRock's statements about the products. I'm not worried about the shorting that went on after-hours that day. I think it sucks, but I think it is the very reason you shouldn't have made those accusations in that post a while back about KE's selling. I don't think you're an enemy of the stock, but I don't think you've been quite objective about the data (ain't it fun to be human?). I won't join the lawsuit against IOM. I don't believe the allegations and I think the will only serve to throw more mud in IOM's eye. I'm glad for the warning's announcement, but not what was behind it. -Spank

BTW, may I be stricken in my seat if I ever say another disparaging word about Herb Greenberg Any bets as to how long it takes Herb to produce a gloating article on the announcement? While you may be right in your opinion that the lawsuit prompted a change in IOM's philosophy, I think a more significant reason is that the quarter has apparently unfolded in a completely unexpected way. If I'm reading this announcement right, they're projecting a 33% decline in revenues from last quarter - I believe that's shocking enough to require an earnings warning. The numbers, at least, in the fourth quarter were considerably more impressive.
