If I'm reading this announcement right, they're projecting a 33% decline in revenues from last quarter - I believe that's shocking enough to require an earnings warning.<<

I agree with you. I don't see the lawsuit as being the difference.

One minor correction. The announcement said revenues would be flat but earnings would be down.

BTW, everyone, KE did warn in the Q4 conference call that the ad campaign would not begin to show positive results for several months. So it's not that surprising that the additional costs are affecting Q1, but the additional revenues aren't there yet.

Of course, the additional revs may never be there.
