Avant! will probe Cadence's improper financial assistance in criminal case<< biz.yahoo.com I was short and covered at 14, took profits and ran. Do not know the implication of this. I am confident that Bill Wexler will have some comment and analysis. I read the articls and I did not think it was all that positive for AVNT but then I don't know much about the legal comings and goings. Bob T.
