Art, I'm not sure how that would affect the share exchange. I would think that it wouldn't affect the merger process from completing. IMO, depending on what news comes out when and how long the merger process takes, we may see a nice valuation on the stock on this exchange, although it will be more choppy and less predictable than if we were already off the BB.

if the financials are released with no negative information
the share price should increase dramatically. I would think
a higher share price would benefit Famh shareholders with
the merger negotiation.

Art...I believe if Famh increases in price , lets say to 2.00 dollars,
and the "other" company is valued at 2.00, we would give up less shares. Why would Ira give up 4 of "his shares" for 1 share if both companies are valued the same. It doesn't make sense. I think Ira was stating 4 for 1 at PRESENT prices.
