Thanks for the info. Brad! I bet we will see the price action start to move up now, in advance of the news.

Hello! Brad,

Thanks a Million! ( I hope?)

You provided the four best words that I have heard since last Friday!

Looks like the high energy level continues via the FAMH Management Team.--Looking forward to the "NEWS".

Best Regards,

More deception from Firamada... oh well...

Brad, I'm curious... who gave you the following false information that you put to use in your "overview" posts? I never saw it in any press release... I assume Ira told you this personally?

<<<Myriad was acquired for 2.5MM shares of stock, $350K Cash, and assumption of approximately $1.5MM in debt.>>>>

I ask that because the news from the press release today is much different... it calls for FAMH paying off $4.3 million in tax liens from Myriad.... almost three times as much!

Today's release:

<<<<Firamada, Inc., has received highly favorable terms from the Internal Revenue Service which will completely eliminate the tax liens placed on Myriad. Firamada's agreement with the IRS will result in an initial payment of $1 Million, followed by payments over the next seven years totaling $3.3 Million. This agreement will remove all IRS encumbrances from Myriad and win not place any future restrictions on Firamada.>>>>

Looks like another Firamada flip-flop. I wonder what other numbers (like the stock issued, the cash for the deal) that we will hear "just kidding!" about.

Oops, we meant $4.3 million, not $1.5 million... darn those pesky accountants!

Why didn't they admit it earlier? Why give the wrong figures to Brad? Hmmmmmm....

Always thinking,
