L.E.

I think you'll make more money being long.
Huge base forming in the $0.60's.
Don't expect a sell-off any time soon.

Maybe it's time for you to move onto a BB that doesn't have the support and fundamentals that FAMH does.

Keep grasping.
More power to you.

Curse that Firamada. I should have listened to Little Caboose. They tricked me in to buying this damn stock at $0.30. Now I'm stuck looking at sizeable taxable gains this year. Damn. Should I sell now and limit my gains, or hold on and risk making even more money and pay higher taxes. Such a dilemma. What is one to do?

Choo Choo. The train has left the station.

Originally-reported terms for Myriad acquisition:

1) 2.5MM FAMH shares (restricted)
2) assumption of $1.5MM debt
3) $350,000 cash

Newly-reported terms for Myriad acquisition:

1) $1MM initial payment
2) $3.3MM payment over next seven years

---------------------------------------------------

Seems to me that the value of 2.5MM shares of Firamada stock in seven years will be worth substantially more than $2.45MM ($4.3MM minus the original $1.85MM figures). In fact, those 2.5MM shares will probably be worth more than that in the next seven WEEKS! The new terms clearly represent a better deal for Firamada.

What Little Engine constantly tries to do on this thread is pick apart every possible inconsistency in what is reported from the company. What Little Engine does not ever do is factor in the possibility that better deals can come down the pike and a savvy management team can snap them up and take advantage of those opportunities.

Not willing to let you twist the truth,

Scott

Do you realize that everyone your talking to here is making a profit off of your concept of "Firamada's deception"?

Why don't you step outside the forest of your posts and take an objective look at them. If you do, you will certainly see how utterly inane they are.

Your attempt at creating confusion and doubt is a losing battle.

I also am sure that you will continue to do what you think you have to do, but I can't for the life of figure out to what end. Then again, I'm not spending much time thinking about it either.

You have a good time now, hear.
