David; The telcos of assorted governments are already up in arms over Internet telephone access. The can and will interfere with other setting up in their countries. The USA/Canada?UK, Australia etc you will probably get away with it as the telcos are more competitive and you can get 10-20 cent per minute calls there now.
In Jamaica, and Trinidad and many others who use their telcos as cash cows to extort US$ from the long distance calls you will get laws written to kill/limit them. It is a mistake of course, but already over 40 foreign couintries out law internet telephony. Many outlaw callback services too.

This is an excellent post! Could you offer an idea re the likelihood that dgiv can gain substantial (relative term) market b/4 the bigger players either compete using an identical model or simply cut prices on traditional phone concepts or is there something else to it? best dennis reed
