Chief, I must reply to your post #954 re TSE listing. It contains IMO
misleading information. I'm especially bothered by the phrase "for your info"
FOR YOUR INFO, I am well aware of the "leap" from the VSE to the TSE or other exchanges as I am a retired equity and commodity broker who has taken several companies that route or from OTC.
It is a misconception that the NASDAQ commands better multiples than the TSE. NASDAQ has many unsavory listings and a questionable reputation especially offshore US mainly due to its link with the OTC:BB ( a move they much regret Witness the confusion over PYNGF). They also have many fine listings.
The TSE is one of the prominent exchanges in North America and enjoys international support. It is probably easier for a Canadian firm to go to TSE than to a US exchange due to different jurisdictions. It is certainly not the great leap you visualize. Also, it does not slow price escalation (Example, a stock with no earning or production can command a P/E of infinity on TSE in zero time. Does BRE-X ring a bell?)
I agree with PYNG's Jacobs that a TSE listing is the best route for a company with this kind of potential and eventually NY. I wish him godspeed in getting there.
This has nothing to do with "Greed". It concerns the best way to present this company and its products to the world.

Harry

PS I'm not looking to get into a pissing contest over this point. Just want to clarify my post. Anyway, you and I can discuss this over land line as we live in same area. I'm in Bells Corners. Where are you?
Maybe come back private message?
