ZULU-tek is conducting its business and operations in compliance with all governmental rules and regulations applicable thereto and is not in violation or default in any material respect under any statute, law, ordinance, rule, regulation, judgment, order, decree, concession, grant, franchise, license or other governmental authorization or approval applicable to it or any of its business and affairs, the violation or default of which would have a material adverse effect on its business." This is from the lengthy 8K form. I think this is a solid evidence of Zulu Tek's credibiliy since ESVS can get into legal problems if NETZ turns out to be a scam. I'd say ESVS is vouching for NETZ with an official report. People this is for real. And if NETZ is for real, it has to be worth more than 47 cents a share. Also the 8K form was released on time as promised so I'm crossing my fingers for NETZ financials to be on time also.

As of March 2, 1998, there were 47,579,910 shares of ZULU-tek Common Stock outstanding and 10,753,037 shares of ZULU-tek Common Stock reserved for issuance. I haven't been through all of the 8-K yet but Zulu gave ESVS 12 mil common (plus some other stuff). 47 mil - 12 mil = 35 mil. Ie close to the figure Burgess has been quoting. Also 47 mil + 10 mil = 57 mil? Isn't that more than the MaxAuth? Just throwing things out. Still reading...
