As to Aharoni's bankruptcy, many businessmen go bankrupt--and have their debts resolved in court before beginning new ventures. yet claims on aharoni are still outstanding--leading me to wonder why he has never settled old business.
Accounting--plenty of accounting fraud gets checked off by the auditors. doesnt it concern you they dont use a big six? how many public companies not on the bulletin boards use a non big six firm?
Patents---a patent can be filed-so what. the patent canard gets dragged out every time someone suggests this business has no barriers to entry. THAT IS THE REAL ISSUE--and the patent issue is a red herring. IF THIS BUSINESS IS SO GREAT--WHAT IS TO STOP GE CAPITAL, AND EVERY BANK IN THE US FROM GETTING INTO IT--certainly not some patent on a process.
as to pinks' claims that aharoni had left the country, I can only say: Parlez-vous sarcasm?
