>>From what I understand, there is no requirement to give notice on the reverse split since it's already been voted in. In other words the stock could open tomorrow with a one for ten reverse. <<

George, All,
Generally there will be a 1 or 2 day notice in the form of a press release to announce the reverse when it has already been pre-approved. But...........................

They can do the reverse anytime they want. We already have the notice.
(last Nov.)
It doesn't make sense to do a reverse split before the meeting in my
mind. 1-lets say the stock reversed tomorrow .50 x 10 =$5.00 or
say $.60 X 10 =$6.00 next day. You being a large institutional investor. Would you be ready to jump into this co with large funds
(Maybe pension)with out seeing positive earning and large growth because you are in the wings waiting for it to go above $5.oo?? I
don't think so and if you are, please don't handle my pension. You
would most likely wait for a couple of quarters to see what's going
on.
2 If it did reverse like I said before, I and a lot of other people
would be out of here and it would not hold the 6 or 5 dollar price.
It would probably go under $5.00 very quickly.
3 if left alone, I think we can get above $5.00 very quickly.
Well this is all hear say. Lets see what happens Tues.
