At one time TokyoMex visited this thread and suggested that NETZ was printing shares to make acquisitions. The gist of his assault was that the stock made minimal price movements despites huge volumes traded. There have been no real documentation of the number of shares for NETZ until now. I've tried on prior occasions to get an appropriate no., but it has been difficult to verify. Hopefully, with this legal documentation, NETZ now has an official no. of shares registered and accounted for. However, I cannot verify that until NETZ becomes a fully reporting company. Others out there with better info, please chime in. I hope we don't have another night of 100 posts with inane chatter and arguments without any real information for interested investors.
