reverse splits

instead of the stock price at .50
it will be 5.00

the stock is in a downtrend...

so

how low can it go from 5.00???

it's all psychological

you may look at TUBY for comparison, it just did a 10:1
and the company made a profit the last 2 q's
the lowest TUBY ever was in a long time was .25
after the split it was 2.50...
go take a look now

good luck
sue

Reverse Splits bring the stock back into the marginable range, reduce volatility and set the ground work for a future split which coupled with a dilution will put some working capital back onto the balance sheet.

The first step is to make this a stock which Mutual Funds can hold, many can not hold stocks that fall below $5.
