Dan... First, 144 sales should have no effect on a company's income statement. These are already issued shares. I did not copy the other filings, but did note a few things in the seven that I looked at: All of the phone numbers listed for the filers are either ACRT's (212-563-1036) or obvious bogus numbers (999-999-9999) Ohio came up alot (5 of 7) None of the the filing entities yielded any meaningful results in various searches I performed. Someone else, however, may have better resources than I.
