I don't think it's (yet) quite the same as the last days of Watergate. Then, Nixon was holed up in the White House, drinking too much and crying to Henry Kissinger. Clinton, for what it's worth, is giving press conferences and offering up at least the appearance of dealing with things.

FBI files or not, I don't doubt that many members of Congress are acutely aware that if the press paid more than cursory attention to their private lives they could dig up a helluva lot of stuff.

And what about tomorrow's bimbo-du-jour ? Indeed, I can't wait. It's said she doesn't know Monica, wasn't actually an intern, and has never met Clinton. Her testimony must be of EXTREME importance.
