Interesting.

Rumour has it that Yorkton Securities, which took Certicom through its IPO, has something like a 20% interest in Diversinet. Needs some investigation.

The "deal" didn't obligate Certicom, whose technology has been touted by some reasonably big names, such as Paul Allen. It simply said that Diversinet would/could use Certicom's technology.

The same players who have profited from Certicom's stock play are likely to profit from Diversinet. If that's true, this isn't a true arms-length relationship.....but what do we little guys know?

There may be some sort of connection between Yorkton and the folks who are connected with Diversinet????? Someone should check this angle.

Then, we have the Jack Banks / Larry Weltman tie-in. Who knows what their ownership position (directly or indirectly) might be? There appears to be at least a past relationship in place between Messrs. Banks, Weltman and the new players in the Diversinet exec. suite.

Has it ended? How did the new Diversinet team land their jobs?

Has anyone yet received the White Paper from Diversinet? Their website offers it to all takers, but I can't find anyone who has actually received it. Perhaps it should be posted on this thread?
