CNBC PIECE....

I saw a story on CNBC about "stealth stocks". Comp chip companies in small to midcap range with great potential despite the bigboys having trouble with Asia (Intel, etc.) Some nameds were PLAB,ADI,VTSS... all in the $25-50 range, way outside PRDM's league right now... but it means people will be searching and maybe IXYX-PRDM stock will be an exciting prospect for some new money. Any thoughts? excuse all grammer errors or typos...

Jim, My read is that this is PRDM's only way to save face.

I see this as nothing more than a back-door, no questions, way for IXYS to get listed. Look at the conditions, PRDM ends up with 5% of the joint venture. IXYS needs to manage the deal so that they can make an offering soon after the deal goes through. It seems to me that there is some money to be made by anyone with the "nads" to try a little "greenmail", thats not my game so I'm sitting and waiting for a chance to profit.
