Management owned 70 percent of the company -- last year. Since they issued another 20 million shares this year, I am not sure who owns them. I might. I'll check my cereal box.

I haven't seen it explained by FAMH where these new shares came from or went to. Considering it's half the company, it might be appropriate to mention. No?

I find it hard to believe that they issued 15 million shares to themselves -- for free?. If we had some SEC filings, perhaps we would know something? Not holding my breath. It's like garlic to vampires around here.

Not increasing the float? The company always waits weeks after the fact to mention it. It may be increasing now; it's certainly a logical explanation for how there could be so many buys and no price movement. It's happened with this stock in the past.

At best, they issued the 20MM shares low, and are buying them back high. I still haven't figured why they would want to do that.

This reminds me of "1984"... this is the new truth... forget the old truth... can't wait till June when we get the audit!
