[Re: reporting and litigation] I was wondering if someone could refresh my crusty memory about the details of the litigation and why it is holding up the reporting process. Shorting shares, defamation and bad relationships seem to be familiar themes, but I think we'd all like a remedial lesson on the specifics. Some day Paul! We need the Form 10 ASAP!! IMHO They can file it if they want to right now. IMO If it needs to be corrected later fine. Get it out! I think all the share holders should start calling the company and tell them this has gone on long enough and we need the news now! IMHO Share holders have been patient enough. They should at least let us know when they plan to put one out. And how things are going with the well. Have they kept their side of the bargain or not? Are they going to drill wells or not? Where's the first of the eight wells? I don't mean workovers I mean Drilled wells! How is the Disposal well coming? News update wanted. Last update March 5th great! For LPSL. More details for the well would be nice. KZAP
