Michael; you know you don't win or lose money, until you sell, stock is not money till you cash it in. Lets hope that most of the sells today were selling short. I suspect that was the case, and if so they waited to long to short, and some of them may get stung as bad as those who bought at the top. Jim

RE: Some Analysis Hi All, First of all, i don't use Zip drives but wanted to find out about the opinion of my friends. I asked couple of guys who don't have Zip drives but know about Zips. They said clearly that they are not willing to spend $150 for a drive and disk for something which they won't use everyday. Then i asked them if they buy a computer which will have a Zip built in, would they just ignore the Zip drive. For that they said they will then consider couple of Zip disks and try to use them since it will be only $10 expense for a Disk. This makes me to think that IOM should concentrate more and more in Zip Built in program and give deals to OEMS to package their drives rather than spending massive amount in advertisement and depend so much on retail sales. We all know that OEM sales are low margin but it is better than having lot of drives in inventory and making a loss. So, my observation is that people may not run to the stores to buy Zips big time since the early adopters are over now but they will be willing to accept Zip when it comes with their computers. This may be a known fact already but just thought i will point out where IOM should focus (apart from obviuos cost cutting) Comments? -senthil
