Denice, I can't find any news, but if what you heard on CNBC was just an opinion by an analyst, it probably won't make the news wires. The pre-open bid is up to 17 7/8 so we are going to have a positive open in the stock this morning. The key price is 18 1/4. If it gets through there, I think we are in for a nice rally, possibly up to 19 1/2. Otherwise, I think it will slip back to 17 1/2. Two oscillators that I use created a bullish divergence yesterday and are giving me confidence to hold my position. In addition, there were a lot of blocks yesterday, much more than I have seen since I have been watching VLSI trade, and I was encouraged that the price didn't fall on the big trades. Bad news from MU today and it looks like VLSI will be up. Best of luck everybody. I would hang in there. This is looking good. Dan
