Flavio:
I am a frustrated investor as well, and I would also like to take this opportunity to apologize for my behaviour to you Flavio and other shareholders who rely on this thread for news of any kind pertaining to this company.
Regarding Venga, I will be more than happy to participate in discussions and relay any information that I can to this thread.I would like to see Mr Crosby post to this thread as well and I will attempt to contact him, with my request.
Well folks lets keep this thread alive, and show the new president that we are interested in venga.
Regards Joe
P.S. Happy birthday Flavio, mine is tommorrow.

Flavio, Happy Birthday and don't feel so bad! Your olive branch was heart warming. Mr Bigjoe must realize that this is an open dialogue and not a Hope for Venga hot line.

I used to have 500,000 shares of Venga now I only have 180,000. Maybe we should put them together for this shareholders meeting. I would have no problem signing a proxy f we had a stronger voice. This BigJoe, could be something constructive.

As to the past, without belabouring it, the company has no fundamentals, no cash and poor investors confidence. You must also consider (BigJoe) that the "ever" congenial "new" president may have been put in place to wind down upset investors and wind down the company. It may, at this point in time, be worth more as a shell.

Anyway, hats off to you Flavio! Maybe we should request a stock count from all these "concerned" shareholders lets have one voice at this "upcoming meeting".

And if anyone has some ideas on some real plays please drop me a note. As you can see from my previous suggestions at the time of there sending, they have paid off!

Regards,

James

Flavio: with all of these announcements that have had no legs perhaps we should find out who the directors of the company are. Do they have liability insurance indemnifying themselves? Have they all been changed? What positions do they hold?

If anyone has any knowledge as to the companies directors as opposed to Mr. Crosby, pass it along!
