I am new to this thread, but have been following VLNC for the past ten months. I agree with FMK and think that a ton of potential does exist and this potential has cost me about 85K to date (on paper). I would just like to know more facts on this company and also on this latest SEC filing. For some reason, I am not feeling as warm and fuzzy as I did 8 months ago. In other words, how much risk is Lev taking on? Is there any downside to these options that he has exercised with no cash (very nice)? Is he paying interest on these promissory notes or is that just speculation?

Where are all of these company communications that were promised?? Lev is portrayed as a marketeer, but does he, or will he ever, have a product to market? What is the latest 'insider' time table? Is this company an acquisition target yet or are they going to have to mass produce first?

I know that there are a number of intelligent people that post to this board and can take a stab at some of these issues.

By the way, if any one is going to call Tiny Archibald and ask him for answers please do so by 5:00. My history has shown that he is the first CFO of a start-up company that works 8-5. This is another big concern of mine since I am in the same position with a start-up and this would be considered a half day to me.
