Lev may not have put up any cash but he is on the hook for any price decline. He has exercised and that is a strong vote of confidence. Just like margin buying...

This is not the time to hype the stock, let them work out the kinks and begin marketing/cheerleading when the product can be mass produced. Frivolous press releases, just like stock splits and dividends, are useless and add NO economic value. Be patient...

KDB, The interest rate Lev is paying can be found by reading the 13D. It is in one the sub-sections and you must click separately to find it. He obviously knows more about the company's prospects than we do.

From what I know and believe, I would borrow all I possibly could at 6.89% interest to buy Valence at $5 1/16 per share!
