LETS GET REAL...

Anyone who follows IPOS is aware that for 30 days post IPO date there is a quiet period...no one can say anything...once the 30 days are up, the company can make announcements and the underwriters can initiate coverage...

So, on or about March 23, once can reasonably expect the underwritiers to initiate coverage....that is generally what underwriters do...and when they do it, do you think their bias is favorable or unfavorable....I wouldn't want to be the analyst that trashed or was even neutral to a company which my firm took public a month ago...how would our institutional customers who bought the stock based on our story and recommendation react if our firm came out with no , negative or neutral coverage within a month of selling me the shares.....Think about it...

Does anyone other than the analyst know for sure when the coverage will commence? What do you think.....I think the company knows, (as they are providing input to the analysts) the investment banker knows, and astute investors are reasonably certain that history will repeat itself;....

The bigger story will be when an investment house, who wasn't part of the initial underwriting, iniates coverage...
