Hi Ken: I will type the complete e-mail message I sent if I get an answer (I am using a UNIX workstation, and I have not yet figured out how to transfer a message from my mailer to the Netscape browser, so I would have to retype the complete e-mail). The e-mail first reminds CVUS that if insiders have access to material information about the company's finances, such as potential Chapter 11 filing, or suppliers/employee lawsuits, it is their obligation under SEC rules to make the same information available to all shareholders. I ask about the status of the Fleet loan, and of any other financing. I asked about the assumption of CT&T service contract to Logimetrics, and about the status of negociations with LMDS bidders.
